Due to the perishable nature of our kombucha, we are unable to accept physical returns, but we are committed to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your order. If your shipment arrives damaged or doesn't meet our quality standards, please reach out within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

    Resolution

    Once reviewed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement batch at no extra cost.
